[K.S. JHAVERI, J.] ORDER IN CIVIL APPLICATIONS RULE returnable on 09.04.2012. By way of Ad­interim relief, the impugned judgment and award passed by the Tribunal shall remain stayed on condition that the applicant­Insurance Company deposits the entire awarded amount together with interest and costs with the Tribunal before the returnable date.

Out of the amount deposited by the applicant­Insurance Company, 70% (seventy) shall be invested in Fixed Deposit with any nationalized Bank on long term basis and the same shall be renewed from time to time without any further orders in that regard from this Court. The quarterly interest accruing on such deposit shall be paid to the original claimants on regular basis.

The balance 30% (thirty) amount shall be permitted to be withdrawn by the original claimants.
