The applicant, party in person, is present in the Court seeks extension of parole leave on the ground that he has met with an accident on 12.5.2012. While on parole pursuant to order dated 2.5.2012 passed in Special Criminal Application No. 1189 of 2012 on the ground of operation of his wife which could not be performed earlier had met with an accident on 12.5.2012 and is unable to sustain himself and further he has to take care of his wife.
In the above circumstances, on the same terms and conditions of the orders dated 2.5.2012 and 11.5.2012 passed in Special Criminal Application No. 1189 of 2012 and Criminal Misc. Application No. 6607 of 2012 respectively, the applicant shall continue on parole upto 11.6.2012 and on completion of the above period of parole, he shall report to jail authority in time.
Direct service is permitted.
