Learned A.G.A. states that the police report along with charge sheet has already been filed before the competent court and, as such, there is no just reason to interfere in the instant matter by quashing the FIR.
In light of the statement given by learned A.G.A., we are not, at all, inclined to interfere in the instant matter, where prayer has been made to quash the FIR.
The petition for writ, hence, stands dismissed. So far as the arrest of the petitioner/s is/are concerned, petitioner/s is/are having remedy under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
