By means of this 482/483 Cr.P.C. application the applicant is seeking direction to Chief Judicial Magistrate, Budaun to decide Case No. 7035 of 2008 (State Vs. Firoz Rahman), arising out of Case Crime No. 199 of 2008, under Sections 452 323, 324, 504 IPC, P.S. Kotwali, District Budaun, expeditiously.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the application disposed of with direction to Chief Judicial Magistrate, Budaun to decide Case No. 7035 of 2008 (State Vs. Firoz Rahman), arising out of Case Crime No. 199 of 2008, under Sections 452 323, 324, 504 IPC, P.S. Kotwali, District Budaun expeditiously, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a computer generated copy of this order.
