Learned counsel for the petitioner states that inadvertently in the array of parties the petitioner has been mentioned as tenant instead of landlord and the respondent has been mentioned as landlord instead of tenant.
He, therefore, prays for permission to correct it. Permission is granted.
Necessary Correction be made during the course of the day. Heard.
The only relief pressed in this petition is that JSCC Suit No.77 of 2010 (Smt. Firoz Fatma Vs. Safat Hussain and another), pending in the court of Additional Judge Small Causes Court, Meerut, may be directed to be decided within a time bound period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, no useful purpose will be served to keep this petition pending and call for a counter affidavit.
In view of the aforesaid and without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, this petition is disposed of providing that the court below shall decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
