Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The applicant has approached this Court praying for expediting the Case No. 209 of 2015(Case No.732 of 2015)(Smt. Nausaba Begum Vs. Firoz Adil Siddiqui) in the proceedings under section 125 Cr.P.C. which is pending in the Additional Family Court, Kanpur Nagar.
The argument is that opposite party no.2 has not appeared before the court below on the date fixed.
In the interest of justice the court concerned is directed to decide the application under section 125 Cr.P.C. within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
Till the application under 125 Cr.P.C. is decided no coercive action shall be taken against the applicant.
List this application after three months.
