Firoj Akhtar vs State Of U P And Others

High Court Of Judicature at Allahabad|28 November, 2019
|

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 49
Case :- WRIT - A No. - 18629 of 2019 Petitioner :- Firoj Akhtar Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Krit Raj Singh,Alok Kumar Singh Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Mrigraj Singh
Hon'ble Prakash Padia,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Mrigraj Singh, learned counsel for respondent No.3.
The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition with the prayer to direction respondent No.2 to revise the pay-scale of the petitioner with effect from 2003 and to make necessary payment in this regard to the petitioner along with the arrears.
It is argued that although the petitioner has already been superannuated in the year 2016, but wholly illegally in spite of the fact that the demand has been raised by the petitioner from time to time, no decision has been taken by respondent No.3 on the same.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and with the consent of the parties, the present writ petition is finally disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit a fresh representation ventilating all his grievances before respondent No.3 along with certified copy of this order within a period of two weeks from today. If such a representation is made, respondent No.3 will consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the same expeditiously, preferable within a period of three months thereafter.
