JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 21, 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India and under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for the prayers stated in the petition.
2. Learned Advocate Mr.A.I. Pathan for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties and also with a view to pursue a fresh application, which is filed by the petitioner on 26.06.2012. Permission, as prayed for, is granted. The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
