Exts.P1, P1(a) are the assessment orders passed against the petitioner for the years 2010-11 and 2011-12, against which, the petitioner filed Exts.P2 and P2(a) appeals which are accompanied by Ext.P3 application to condone the delay in filing Ext.P2(a) appeal, and Ext.P4 and P4(a) stay petitions, before the 2nd respondent. During the pendency of appeals and stay petitions before the 2nd respondent, coercive proceedings have been initiated. It is in this context, the writ petition has been filed. 2. In the above circumstances, it is directed that the 2nd respondent shall consider Ext.P4 and P4(a) stay petitions and Ext.P3 delay petition together, within a period of one WP(C).13503/14 2 month from today and in the meanwhile, coercive proceedings shall be kept in abeyance until such orders are passed, which order shall determine the matter thereafter.
