1. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
2. This anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants - Fida Ali, Afsari, Rani, Kamar Jahan, Parveen, Fooljahan and Irshad, seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 217 of 2019, under Sections - 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Sections 3 and 4 of D.P. Act, Police Station - Azim Nagar, District - Rampur, during pendency of trial.
3. Earlier, the applicants approached this Court by means of an Application U/S 482 No. 1970 of 2020. That application was dismissed, vide order dated 21.01.2020, allowing the applicants to appear before the learned court below.
4. In view of such discretion exercised once and the applicants having not availed the benefit of the same, no room exists for grant of any further indulgence.
5. Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is rejected, leaving it open to the applicants to apply for regular bail, which application when filed may be dealt with on its own merit without being prejudiced by any observation made in this order.
