On 25.11.2009 this Court, keeping in view the office report, had asked the petitioner to serve respondent workman by dasti summon and steps were to be taken within a week. Office report dated indicates that till date steps have not been taken. Vide order dated 21.10.2010 the matter was directed to be listed peremptorily. Today when the matter has been taken up, Ms. Kritika Singh has put in appearance on behalf of petitioner and has told all shorts of stories not supported by any application or affidavit. Such lapses cannot be appreciated. Confronted with the situation Ms. Kritika Singh requests that some reasonable time be accorded to her to move necessary application explaining the circumstances under which steps could not be taken, and further requesting therein that further time be extended to her to take steps for serving the respondent workman.
As requested ten days and no more time is allowed to Ms. Kritika Singh. List after ten days.
