When the petition is called out and taken up for hearing, Mr. Gandhi, learned advocate for the petitioner is present. However, Mr. Patel, learned advocate for the respondent No.1 is not present. Only with a view to not passing any order in absence of Mr. Patel, learned advocate for the respondent, the proceedings are adjourned, as a last chance to give opportunity to the respondent to attend the hearing.
If the respondent or its advocate failed to remain present on the next date of hearing, appropriate orders including the order as requested for by the petitioner may be passed.
