The sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the case which has been filed against him for the cancellation of patta and is pending since 17.9.1999 be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Case No.C- 1999050000264 (Viga vs. Ragho) shall be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
