JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Sri Rajeev Misra, learned counsel for the applicants and Sri Pankaj Saxena, learned standing counsel for the opposite parties.
Contention of the learned counsel for the applicants is that evenafter the order of the learned Single Judge, order passed by the Division Bench in Special appeal and in absence of any interim order granted by the Apex Court in the Special Leave Petition, the respondents are sitting tight over the matter and not complying with the order of this Court dated 11.4.2001 passed in Writ Petition No. 13737 of 1991 and the order dated 23.3.2011 passed in Special Appeal No. 63 of 2003.
Sri Pankaj Saxena, learned standing counsel states that pursuant to the affidavit filed on behalf of the opposite parties an objection was filed by Sri Misra. learned counsel for the applicant in which this Court has granted three weeks time to file reply. In his submission due to intervening election authorities are busy in election and the matter may be listed after 16th May, 2014. By that time necessary affidavit shall be filed.
On his request list this case on 19th May, 2014.
