This review petition has been filed by the respondent in the Writ Petition. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the review petitioner that the submission made across the Bar was that the total outstanding liability as on 31.03.2014 was Rs.15,19,062/-. The plea raised from the part of the writ petitioner was that the dispute pending before the DRT by way of S.A. No. 270 of 2013 was not intended to be pursued further and that the petitioner might be permitted to clear the entire liability by way of 'ten' equal monthly installments. While passing the judgment, due to an inadvertent mistake, the direction given was to clear the 'overdue' amount by way of 'ten' equal monthly installments. The review petitioner therefore seeks for necessary correction in the judgment, referring to the error apparent on the face of the records.

3. After hearing both the sides, this Court finds that there is an error apparent on the face of records. Accordingly, the verdict dated 21.03.2014 is recalled.
