Learned counsels for the petitioner and the 2nd respondent-Union have filed joint memo along with copy of the Memorandum of Settlement dated 06.12.2018. It is agreed by the parties that in terms of the settlement all the pending litigations shall be withdrawn and at page No.18 of the settlement, this writ petition is also sought to be withdrawn in view of the settlement.
2. The joint memo dated 15.02.2019 is taken on record.
The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the Memorandum of Settlement dated 06.12.2018.
