Proceedings, under Section 101 of the U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006, are stated to have been initiated by the petitioner in January, 2018. It is stated that a report has been received and the Gaon Sabha has already passed resolutions permitting exchange, but no final orders are being passed.
In view of what has been observed above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the third respondent to conclude the proceedings expeditiously, by fixing weekly dates, without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of three months, from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
