A perusal of the writ petition shows that a declaratory suit No. 56/2017 had been filed by the petitioners. If the petitioners are aggrieved by any encroachment over their land they may file an application for interim relief in that suit itself.
If the petitioners file any application for interim relief within a period of two weeks, the same shall be decided within a period of one month thereafter.
The writ petition is disposed of.
