Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents, specially the respondent no. 2 to pass final order on the inquiry report dated 26.6.2018 submitted by the inquiry officer under Section 95 (1) (g) of U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947 read with Rules, 1997 and pass final order permitting and allowing the petitioner to exercise the financial and administrative power of Pradhan as per the provisions of law.
Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the respondent no. 2, the Ziladhikari/District Magistrate, District Bareilly is directed to pass final order on the aforesaid inquiry report, as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him provided there is no other legal impediment.
With the aforesaid observations, present writ petition stands disposed of.
