Heard Sri Tarun Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Archana Upadhyay learned A.G.A. and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer that suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for ensuring fair investigation of case crime no.11 of 2018, under Section 364 IPC, PS- Jalaun, District Jalaun.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the first informant of the abovementioned casewho has lodged the FIR against the accused persons but the investigation of the case has not been concluded till date.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner, we direct the Investigating Officer of the present case to conclude the investigation and submit a police report before the court concerned expeditiously preferably within the period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. The Investigating Officer is also directed to make all efforts to recover the husband of petitioner no.1 within the aforesaid period.
The SP, Jalaun is directed to ensure the compliance of this order.
With the above directions this petition is finally disposed of.
