From the materials placed on record, it transpires that there is a dispute with regard to right of the parties over immovable property which the petitioner claims to be her abadi.
It is urged that some compromise has been entered into between the parties before the Commissioner, but we are of the view that the issues relating to dispute over immovable property can only be resolved by the civil court. The alleged compromise otherwise is neither registered, nor has been filed in any judicial proceedings. In such circumstances, no direction is required to be issued to the administrative authorities.
Leaving it open for the petitioner to approach the competent civil court, this writ petition is consigned to records.
