Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri J.S. Bundela learned Standing Counsel.
This petition challenges an order dated 28 December 2017 disposing of a writ petition preferred by the petitioner for a review of an order of transfer which had been made on 30 June 2017.
Quite apart from the challenge having been raised belatedly, the Court notes that the order of transfer is not shown to fall foul of any statutory provision or terms and conditions of service of the petitioner.
The petition is misconceived and is dismissed.
