Heard learned Counsel Mr. Kashyap R. Joshi for the petitioners.
It is submitted that earlier on 08.12.2008, Mamlatdar - Hansol passed an order restraining the petitioner from creating any obstacles in a way used by the defendants for agricultural purpose. On filing a Revision Application, the Revisional authority by an order dated 09.11.2009 set aside the above order and directed the competent authority namely the Mamlatdar to verify the relevant record and enquire but even after the above order, contrary to the revenue record as produced, on presumption, it is observed that there is no approach road for the defendants to pass through their agricultural land and the order impugned is passed.
Issue NOTICE returnable on 9th August, 2012. Meanwhile, status quo qua the disputed land be maintained by the parties.
