Present writ petition has been filed for quashing of the FIR dated 06.10.2021 registered as Case Crime No.978 of 2021 under Sections 147, 332, 504 IPC and 3(1)(Da), 3(1)(Gha) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Chakeri, District East (Commissionerate Kanpur Nagar).
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that he does not want to press this petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.
