RULE.
Learned APP Mr. L.B. Dabhi waives service of notice of Rule for the respondent - State.
Vide order dated 13.01.2012 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.17343/2011, this Court granted regular bail to the applicant by imposing conditions including condition No.[5]i) which reads as under :-
"after release on bail within 20 days, the applicant shall deposit Rs.88,733/- with the Trial Court."
Heard learned Advocate for the applicant, who submits that that the father of the applicant expired on 09.02.2012 and hence, the applicant could not deposit the amount of Rs.88,733/= as directed by this Court and hence, requests for an extension of time for depositing the amount.
Considering the submissions of the learned Advocate for the applicant, the period for deposit of the amount of the amount Rs.88,733/- stands extended only for a period of seven (7) days from today. Other conditions of the order remain as they are.
Hence, this application stands disposed of. Rule made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct Service is permitted.
