1. Petitioner seeks expeditious consideration of the application for variation. The application was placed for consideration on 19.7.2014 and was adjourned. Petitioner submits that the variation has to be considered, since what the petitioner has sought for, is additional trips to cater to the public need.

2. In such circumstance, the RTA shall consider the same expeditiously in its next meeting.

Writ petition is disposed off.
