Learned counsel for the appellant has moved present application on behalf of appellant claiming plea of juvenility on the basis of municipal certificate, photo copy of the same is at page no. 11.
District Judge, Aligarh is directed to get inquiry done regarding plea of juvenility of the appellant by appropriate forum within eight weeks in accordance with rules.
List the matter after four weeks along with Crl. Appeal No. 6602 of 2018 before the appropriate Bench and by which date lower court record shall also be transmitted to this Court.
