Farukhussain vs State

Having considered the submissions advanced by the applicant in person, so also Mr. M.G.Nanavati, learned APP for the respondent-state and considering the cause assigned for temporary bail, this Court is of the opinion that no case is made out for temporary bail and hence rejected.
