Sri Shashank Shekhar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, on instructions, states that the admission of the petitioner was cancelled by office order dated 19.9.2018. A copy of the order has also been placed on record for perusal.
Counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty reserved in favour of the petitioner to challenge the said order in appropriate proceedings.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer made.
