JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 1
Case :- WRIT - C No. - 31586 of 2019 Petitioner :- Farukh Ali Khan Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Brijesh Ojha Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.
Hon'ble Ramesh Sinha,J. Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J.
Heard Sri Brijesh Ojha, learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner is aggrieved by means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petitioner has prayed for the following relief:
"I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Noida Power Company Ltd. through Senior Manager (Commercial) Greater Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar, U.P. (i.e., respondent No.3) to forth with redress the grievance of the petitioner as contained in this application/representation dated 04.03.2019 and 27.04.2019/30.04.2019 and complaint dated 06.08.2019 respectively for the company to send the electricity ombudsman order dated 23.01.2019 as expeditiously as possible and within such time frame."
In our considered opinion, the relief as framed by the petitioner in this petition is indicative of such grievance that can be very well looked into by the Competent Officer, respondent No.3.
In such view of the matter, without entering into the merits and claim in the petition, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondent No.3 to consider the grievance of the petitioner as has been raised in his application dated 09.07.2019, filed as Annexure 15 to the writ petition and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law, expeditiously and positively within a period of four weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
Order Date :- 27.9.2019 Nitin Verma
(Ajit Kumar, J.) (Ramesh Sinha, J.)
