1. It is stated that alleging some irregularities by the Office Bearers of Housing Society, petitioner has made a complaint/representation referable to Section 38 U.P. Co- operative Societies Act, 1965 (hereinafter referred to as “Act, 1965”) before Commissioner/Registrar on 20.09.2017 and reminder was also sent on 10.01.2018, but no decision has been taken so far.
2. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the competent authority to consider and decide petitioner's aforesaid representation by a speaking order within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
