JUDGMENT / ORDER

This application is preferred to release the prisoner on furlough as his application for furlough was rejected by the jail authority.
The prisoner has been convicted recently by the learned City Sessions Judge, Ahmedabad, vide judgment and order dated 30-9-2011 for the offence punishable under Sec.302 of IPC and he has undergone only two years and one month of imprisonment. Considering this fact and the adverse police opinion, jail authority has rightly rejected his application for furlough. This application is accordingly rejected.
