From the perusal of the order dated 18.09.2008 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 1, Allahabad in Criminal Revision No. 247 of 2005 arising out of Complaint Case No. 2678 of 2004, under Sections 323, 452, 506 I.P.C., I found no illegality in the order.
Therefore, the revision lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed.
Interim order, if any, is vacated.
Joint Registrar (Compliance) is directed to transmit the copy of this order to Court concerned for intimation and necessary compliance.
