This application is filed praying for modification/deletion of condition no.2(d) in order dated 19.8.1996 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.3600 of 1996 and order dated 8.10.2003 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.8063 of 2003.
As per the order passed by this Court on 1.5.2012, report is received from the trial Court wherein it is stated that the trial is in progress and five witnesses are examined. The present applicant remained present before the concerned police station till today since the date of the order as per the condition imposed while granting him bail. No untoward incident is reported during this time.
Considering these facts, this application is allowed. Condition no.2(d) in order dated 19.8.1996 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.3600 of 1996 which is modified vide order dated 8.10.2003 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.8063 of 2003 is hereby deleted. Direct service is permitted.
