JUDGMENT / ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to permit the petitioner to hold the discourse on Islamic preaching on 21.01.2017 at the 3rd respondents Venue.
2. Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader would submit that already te discourse was done outside the mosque and as on today nothing survives in this writ petition.
3. In view of the above, this writ petition is closed as nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. There shall be no order as to costs.
