ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief :
“ … to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of mandamus declaring the action of respondents in interfering with manufacturing, distribution and sale of the petitioner Bio-products as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and without jurisdiction and further direct the respondents not to interfere with in any manner in the manufacture, sale and distribution of the petitioner’s Bio-products …”
After arguing the case, Sri O. Udaya Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to file a fresh Writ Petition with all the necessary particulars pertaining to the establishment of the Bio- Products unit by the petitioner with documents in support thereof.
The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP No.37089 of 2014 filed for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
