1. The present application has been preferred by the applicant-convict for suspension of sentence and for regular bail.
2. It appears that earlier vide order dated 30th August, 2007 passed in Criminal Misc. Application No. 4931 of 2007, the application for regular bail has been rejected, hence, the present application can be said to be successive bail application. However, considering the fact that the appeal is of 2007 and if the paper book is ready, office shall list the matter for final hearing and in the event paper book is not ready, office shall expedite the preparation of the paper book preferably within a period of six months from today and shall list the appeal within a period of two months thereafter.
3. Subject to the aforesaid observations and directions, the present application stands disposed of.
