Faridbhai vs State

This petition is preferred by the petitioner-convict to grant him parole on the ground that 'Bismilla' of his daughter was scheduled in April, 2011 and the application preferred before the competent authority came to be rejected.

Admittedly, the ceremony of 'Bismilla' of daughter of the petitioner is over and now by passage of time this petition has become infructuous.

Hence, this petition is rejected.
