JUDGMENT / ORDER

Earlier when the matter was adjourned for so many times and though informed, the Investigating Officer has not remained present before this Court.
Learned APP Mr. Jani has submitted that he has informed Karjan Police Station, however, the Investigating Officer is not present today.
Issue Notice to the responsible Officer of Karjan Police Station to remain present before this Court, with police papers of C.R. No.I - 74 of 2011, returnable on 09.03.2012.
