Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State respondents.
By means of present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent authorities to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime No.0227 of 2021 under Sections 302, 120-B, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Geeda, District Gorakhpur.
Mrs. Archna Singh, learned A.G.A-I. states that final report has been forwarded before the competent court on 14.12.2021. As such, the cause of filing the writ petition no more survives and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
