1. The present application is filed seeking extension of temporary bail granted by this Court by order dated 01.05.2012, whereby the convict is granted 10 days temporary bail so as to attend to his father who was to be operated. The convict is to report on 18.05.2012. In the meanwhile, marriage of his sister's son is fixed on 26.05.2012.
2. RULE.
Mr.H.K.Patel, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of Rule on behalf of the respondent-State.
3. Having perused the jail remarks, made available for perusal by the learned APP, nothing adverse is found, except one jail punishment for playing gambling in the jail.
4. For the contents of the application, the same is allowed. The temporary bail granted by this Court by order dated 01.05.2012 is extended for a further period of 15 days.
5. The convict shall surrender to the Jail authorities on expiry of the temporary bail period.
6. Rule is made absolute.
Direct service permitted today.
