1. It is the case of the petitioner that he is the manager of the Managing Committee of Hidayatul Muslemeen School Dondipur, District Allahabad. There was a dispute regarding the renewal of Managing Committee as to who was entitled for renewal/recognition and the matter was placed before the Prescribed Authority who was pleased to hear the matter under Section 25 (1) of the Societies Registration Act.
2. The petitioner was held to be entitled to recognition by the Prescribed Authority on 08.07.2015. The order dated 08.07.2018 was challenged by one Nihaluddin Ansari by filing writ petition No. 49987 of 2015, which was eventually dismissed by this Court on 12.07.2018. The petitioner has not been given recognition. The petitioner has already made a representation in this regard to the Respondent No. 2 on 05.06.2018.
3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed off without entering into the merits of the controversy with a direction to the Respondent No. 2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass an appropriate, reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
