Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
The only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the Special Chief Judicial Magistrate Kanpur Nagar to decide the Case No.6328 of 2017 (State Vs. Mohd. Kaleem), under Sections 323, 504, 506, 498A IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Colonel Ganj, District Kanpur Nagar within stipulated period Considering the facts of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant case, Special Chief Judicial Magistrate Kanpur Nagar is directed to decide the Case No.6328 of 2017 (State Vs. Mohd. Kaleem), under Sections 323, 504, 506, 498A IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S.
Colonel Ganj, District Kanpur Nagar expeditiously in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
Accordingly, the present application is disposed of.
