The petitioner is getting family pension on the retirement and death of his wife Dr. Smt. I.M. Nuton, who retired as Medical Superintendent in the year 2006. However, the said pension is not being revised.
The petitioner has submitted a representation dated 27.01.2011 for the revision of the pension before the respondent No.2.
In view of aforesaid representation which is said to be pending, we dispose of the writ petition with the direction to the respondent No.2 to consider the above representation of the petitioner dated 27.01.2011 filed as part of annexure-2 to the writ petition in accordance with law most expeditiously, if possible, within a period of two months from the date of production of the authentic/certified copy of this order.
The Writ Petition is disposed of.
