Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pranjal Mehrotra, learned counsel for the respondents.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has come up to this Court with a grievance that his electricity connection has been disconnected without any show cause notice and has prayed that the connection be reconnected.
Sr Pranjal Mehrotra, learned counsel for the respondents, has drawn our attention that the report dated 27.9.2018 wherein reasons have been given for disconnection.
We are of the view that the grievance can be appropriately examined by the Executive Engineer, respondent no. 2.
As such, writ petition is disposed off with the direction that in case the petitioner makes any representation to the Executive Engineer, Vidyut Vitran Khand-I, District Rampur (respondent no. 2) he will consider the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, as far as possible, within a period of one month, from the date a certified copy of this order along with representation is produced before him.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
