Heard Sri Syed Wajid Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri S.N.Mishra, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned FIR as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to direct the Juvenile Justice Board, Aligarh to consider and pass appropriate orders on the application of the petitioner dated 26.6.2019 for releasing him on interim bail in case crime No.39 of 2019, under Sections 323, 307 I.P.C., Police Station Civil Lines, District Aligarh.
It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has moved an application dated 26.6.2019 before the Juvenile Justice Board, Aligarh to consider his plea of juvenility and the same is still pending.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties, we direct the Juvenile Justice Board, Aligarh to consider and decide the aforesaid application of the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
With the above directions this petition is finally disposed of.
