Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the array of the parties to the writ petition during the course of the day.
The petitioner has submitted an application for correction in the date of birth recorded in the High School certificate issued by the Board of High School and Intermediate Education U.P. Prayagraj.
The respondent No.2-Secretary, Board of High School and Intermediate Education, U.P. at Prayagraj is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
