The prayer made in the present petition is to decide the Marriage Suit No.777 of 2015 (Fareed Hasan Vs. Sabeeh Hasan), under Section 281, Muslim Law for Restitution of Conjugal Rights, pending in the Court of Family Judge, Family Court, Varanasi for restitution of conjugal rights within stipulated period.

Be that as it may, without expressing any opinion as to the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the present petition is being disposed of with the direction to the Family Judge, Family Court, Varanasi to decide the Marriage Suit No.777 of 2015 (Fareed Hasan Vs. Sabeeh Hasan), under Section 281, Muslim Law for Restitution of Conjugal Rights, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order.
