Mr. Rajjan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, does not press this writ petition and submits that the petitioner desires to take a remedy of civil suit for seeking damages.
Petition is dismissed as not pressed. It is open to the petitioner to institute a civil suit, if he so desires and is advised, for seeking damages. If such a suit is instituted, the same shall be considered on merits in accordance with law.
