THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
O R D E R Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already deposited 50% of the amount to the respondent-Bank and are in the process of considering one time settlement to the petitioner. Therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum as and when necessary.
2. Reserving such aforesaid liberty, the application (I.A.No.1/2019) filed for withdrawal of the writ petition and the writ petition are disposed of as withdrawn.
